OK folks mini update from from me to end the week following on from my earlier pinned message from Monday. Spoke with new Head of Marketing this morning who has confirmed he's now greenlit to push on with his plans for the next round of content for the lead up to launch, and so we move ahead to organising production with the film team who he'll be in contact with today and familiarising them with the direction and vision he wants to take👌🏼 Should mean once we can get our next shoot day done and edited I can stop calling him "marketing guy" and have him introduce himself properly to you all + talk a little more on his plans. HAPPY MONDAY FOLKS! A Lil update to start the week from me Just jumped off a meeting along with Marketing and Marek who was talking us through the new website design and method for updating the blog section this morning. GREAT to see how the site has evolved since I saw the UI design work for it a while back…Love it! Think Marek has done a fantastic job along with Jakub and the design team and just letting you all know it’s in a really great place having played around with it for a bit the last 10 minutes on my own. Super slick, cool attention to details and totally understand their decision to take the time to get it right… very much looking forward to sharing their hard work with you all! Current completion of the coding/rendering work on the site appears to be on course for Jakubs timeline mentioned in Q&A which is great. So then as we've mentioned it seems it’ll be a matter of when all marketing material around website launch can be produced and ready to go and we’ll be set for the greenlight on going live (no point launching without letting people know it’s happening after all) Exciting times! Once the new marketing lead is able to set his shoot schedule with core team (more meetings this week for him to confirm availabilities this month with them) we’ll get stuck in to that key content production for the lead up to launch. Hoping as one of the first parts of that, we’ll be able to intro the new head of marketing, for him to expand on that a little more and so you can all hear this from him! He’s raring to go! Awareness campaigns, content production, Team expansion , legal work, Tier 1 negotiations,avatar app work, all of that stuff is ongoing, That said Honestly, as I've been saying since January at this point I wouldn't be looking at the now 6-7 months old roadmap and counting the days down every time at this point. ("20 days left" - "10 days left to get this out where is it!?!!" etc.) if a roadmap point isn't hit as per originally hoped- nothing collapses, it doesnt mean it's not gonna happen ever, it just means its running behind an old schedule...like the vast majority of tech projects tbh. Just as the white paper didnt land in Q4, it came in Q1 this year. These things will arrive eventually, it's a matter of it taking the time it takes. They don't just not happen because an arbituary date ,written over 7 months ago ,by someone at the company vaguely trying to predict the future, passes by. Roadmap is useful as a very general guide to parts that lead to the ongoing long term goals of the project - a list of things that will be happening one after the other rather than sweating the time frame every 3 months too much. Development obviously continues, there is progress made in various aspects as per content put out (and plenty more that isnt public yet) But we can't push on with alot of Q1 until we have site live ultimately, and thats likely to be earlier in Q2 as discussed. Main focus first is on Website and booking platform going live (Jakub updated 3-4 weeks for final coding last week) then soon as awareness/marketing prep is ready - then its green light time - All of that obviously has a knock on effect for pretty much everything else in the roadmap so really wouldnt get too attatched to something written half a year ago at this point, without the hindsight we have today. It will happen in time- so by all means look to it as a guide to what comes next, but we're all aware of the delays at this point so better looked to as an ongoing to do list than anything else.

Hey Folks! Another update! 🦾 Super productive meeting with the new marketing guy, excited to get moving with him and up our content output in the coming months once we bed him in I have just come off a call with him (our first introduction - so just giving a whole general background and filling him in on everything to date, so there’s ALOT for him to digest now) He has drawn up his plan to present to Jakub this week which is great. Well likely need a minute just to set up the new workflow together but I’m super excited to get started with him now. From there we'll begin to work together to refine his plans for content production and exploration of other socials platforms etc. Marketing plan is vital to general scheduling as a whole- so was important we get this drawn up so we can draw up the plan for our internal dates for the website launch, booking platform, scanner launch, Avatar app, partnership annnouncements etc etc and the content around it all over the coming weeks and months I’ve told him all the bits we were working on, what we’d planned, and discussed his own vision and things he’d like to explore too. He did make a point of commenting that from researching alot of TG groups and communities in preparing for this job, this really stands out as an engaged community already, and thinks theres plenty to work with here, so looking forward to our collaboration going forwards. In time we’ll find a minute to do a #HeroTeam introduction for him etc. but for now (even whilst Im meant to be away taking a break this fortnight🙈) I will of course be checking in with him regularly to to get the ball rolling on future content. In the meantime, thanks for your patience while we’ve been making these adjustments to the marketing set up!! Onwards!

Quick update on Listings/Market making services etc. Post new website launch Jakub has confirmed we are looking into reinstating some market maker services in order to maintain listings etc as many exchanges we've spoken to ask for them in order to maintain some degree of stable volume and liquidity.

Sofa’s 2022 Hero Roundup 🥳Happy new year HEROes!🎇 It’s been an eventful year and one of great change at Metahero, so I just wanted to take a quick moment to roundup some of the major work and progress made in 2022 since taking over the project. The Fruits of this work finally manifest this coming year. But for now a chance to reflect on the hard work to date, particularly of the last 6 months. 🤝The Takeover. Summer time saw the announcement of Mariusz Krols decision to take over Metahero as CEO and have WOLF group lead the day to day management of the project. From starting out as the technology providers for the project, it made sense to have those closest to the technology and it’s capabilities take the lead. 👬 Team overhaul By far the biggest and most time consuming task of the year started as the new CEO began a complete overhaul of the team from top to bottom. From senior management to backend developers, marketing department to community management. The recruitment and training process began, as we began to set up internal communication flows and structures and steadily we began to assemble the team to lead this project to it’s lofty long term goals. Whilst many of those new team members got straight into their work for the project, the recent launch of the #HEROteam series has begun confirming some of those key management roles to the public, as we expand even further in 2023. Look out for more on that front soon! ⌨️🌐The First Portable Scanner & Optimisation Piotr Harwas (Metahero CINO) made big breakthroughs this year with the optimisation of our scan and render process. One of his achievements being the creation of a new more portable design to our meta-scanners This new cage design, created to allow for much greater transportation of our scanners, required lengthy R&D, and has also led us to the further optimisation of our scan set up itself. As a result of these developments, we are now able to create the same, highest resolution scanning, but with significantly less cameras. Great news for the scaling of the project, and this new layout has since been adapted as the design for all current scanners. 📸 Sony increasing production After years of hardware shortages due to the global pandemic (remember that? That wasn’t fun!) We were greeted with the welcome news from our supply partners Sony that they would finally be ramping up production for us of the required cameras and lenses - enabling us to begin to scale up our own operations into the new year. Our deal has allowed us to secure a significant percentage of Sony’s distribution of this camera in Europe and we are grateful to them for their ongoing support. 🎪Promised Land Art Festival Metahero were invited directly by CD Projekt Red (The makers of infamous triple A titles : Cyberpunk 2077 and the Witcher series) to showcase our new Portable scanner to the public for the first time. Creative types and the general public came from all over to the event, where we live demo’d to rooms full of top industry creatives and developers. We made some fantastic connections and it was a great opportunity to continue nurturing our relationship with CDPR, who even took time out for a sit down interview with us on their excitement over the potential uses of scanning technology in the gaming sector 🎤Sokol Concert Once again WOLF group were busy showcasing some of the capabilities that will be accessible to the public via the Metahero platform. At a sold out show in Warsaw, WOLF’s 3D scans of the artist and his crew were animated across giant screens. The show also featured a 6 metre high sculpture of Sokol printed in recycle PET materials. The show was professionally recorded by Sokols team and we await news of that footage being released for streaming. The moment we hear, we will of course let you know where it can be checked out! Scanner installation update👷🏼‍♂️ A quick confirmation of our Admins communications: We're happy to confirm that we're finally in the end stages of preparation of our chambers, as we ready them for transportation. Installation at their locations will spill into January, but the great news is we are ready to go with the hardware & in the final logistical stages. Given the construction process involved alot of outside contractors, we've been at the behest of festive schedules as they wound down for the holidays. But we now have our 2 cages constructed & on site at HQ We're excited to open up our booking platform via our new website for you to get booking soon! In the meantime, we'll continue to announce other accomplishments so look out for those in the coming days & weeks! We thank you for your patience & understand that delays are frustrating, but we'll keep you updated as we navigate them & are supremely confident in what we’ve been building.
